Dr. Erica Lee is a licensed psychologist who earned her Psy.D. from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. She has experience working with school-aged children as a school psychologist and obtained her M.A. in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology at Montclair State University.
Dr. Lee uses evidence-based treatments to address internalizing and externalizing concerns, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, depression, and anxiety. Dr. Lee specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced trauma. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) framework. Dr. Lee is dedicated to providing affirming care for individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Using a personalized approach, Dr. Lee integrates evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy with play therapy to create engaging and tailored experiences for her clients. Her goal is to provide compassionate, effective care that meets the unique needs of each individual and promotes growth and healing.
In her free time, Dr. Lee enjoys attending concerts, hiking, playing sports like kickball and basketball, and spending time with her dog.
