Yes! We offer evening sessions and online teletherapy using a HIPAA secure platform for New Jersey residents to accommodate busy schedules.

Caring Cove is easily accessible from towns in Morris, Essex, Somerset and Union County (such as Chatham, Madison, Florham Park, Summit, Watchung, Livingston, and Westfield). It is also located within walking distance of several schools in Chatham, so you don’t have to go out of your way to get the help your child or adolescent needs. And we have on-site parking available.

While we don’t currently accept insurance, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage.   We are happy to help you navigate the process and provide you with the questions that you should ask your insurance company. Thus far, our clients who have out-of-network coverage have reported to us that they receive from 70 to 100% of the session fees. You can also use a health savings plan to pay for sessions. All sessions fees are tax-deductible.

Clients can view invoices, schedule appointments, view documentation, and submit payments online with a credit card through a private, secure patient portal. We also accept cash and checks.

We try our best to schedule new clients within one week of their initial phone call because we understand the importance of receiving services as quickly as possible. If we have a waiting list, we offer clients the option of being on our waiting list and/or receiving a list of possible referrals.

Absolutely! No matter how well prepared you are, parenting can be stressful. Our passion for helping children and families extends to you, the parents, whether you wish to meet as a family or you are looking specifically for parenting support and resources.
