Cassandra Hoy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Education, from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Psychology degree with licensure as a Professional Counselor through Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology.

As Clinical Administrative Coordinator at Caring Cove, Cassandra is passionate about expanding access to evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, and families. She assists with community outreach, program development, care coordination, and the practice’s social media presence, helping families connect with valuable resources and stay informed about Caring Cove’s services and programs. Cassandra is always happy to answer questions about Caring Cove’s groups, camps, individual and family therapy, and school consultation services.

Before transitioning into the mental health field, Cassandra worked as an early childhood educator and nanny, experiences that provided her with a strong foundation in child development and compassionate, family-centered care. She also serves as a Case Administrator in the forensic psychology field and owns a small business that creates affordable social-emotional learning and educational resources for children, families, and educators.

Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys discovering new cafés, spending time with family and friends, and getting lost in a good book.
