Ashley Pires, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. She earned her undergraduate degree from Montclair State University and completed her Master of Social Work at Rutgers University, where she specialized in clinical social work and received a certificate in Child and Adolescent Well-Being.
Ms. Pires brings extensive experience in delivering evidence-based treatment to children and adolescents facing challenges related to anxiety, behavioral concerns, and trauma. She is deeply committed to meeting each child’s individual needs while promoting resilience, emotional growth, and overall mental well-being.
She is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and has advanced training in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy for Selective Mutism (PCIT-SM), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Game-Based CBT (GB-CBT). Additionally, Ms. Pires is highly skilled in conducting psychosocial assessments for youth who have experienced or disclosed abuse and/or neglect.
Outside of her clinical work, Ms. Pires enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and taking walks with her dog.
