Emily Pierro is a junior at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology and is declaring a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She is hoping to pursue her master’s degree in counseling after graduating from the University of Connecticut.
Emily is interested in developmental psychology and learning more about human growth and changes across the lifespan, but more specifically in adolescents. She hopes to be able to work with children and adolescents with mental health difficulties, such as anxiety and depression, in the future.
In her free time, Emily enjoys listening to music, reading, and spending time with her two dogs.
